Palácio
Chiado

Communication strategy, copywriting, and social media.

2019 - now

Palácio Chiado was built in 1781 and has since been a place where the aristocracy and bon vivants danced and gathered for sumptuous banquets and enjoyed unique works of art. It's a distinctive palace, both in terms of architecture and history. It hosted unconventional personalities associated with the origins of expressions like "farrobodó" or the famous "à grande e à francesa."

It was reborn in 2016 with various gastronomic concepts, and in 2018, it reinvented itself with several culinary and artistic curations, gaining national visibility under the motto FOOD&ART.

Today, it's a must-visit spot for both Lisbon locals and tourists seeking a young and modern environment for a drink in the evening or after dinner. It caters to those looking for a sophisticated meal or good music, with DJs on Thursday to Saturday nights. It presents itself as the fusion of culinary art, the art of hospitality, and the art of living, all in a space that makes us travel.

The communication strategy is based on the creation of various personas (potential customers). With a distinct personality and a completely different approach from the competition, the language used is extroverted, straightforward, and provocative.
